Charles A. “Chip” McCallum, III focuses his practice on complex business and commercial litigation, as well as financial services law. From 2011 to 2020 he has been recognized on the Super Lawyers List for business litigation. He has been a member of the Alabama Bar since 2005, received his J.D. at Cumberland School of Law and is a graduate of the University of Alabama. He is a past president of the Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce and has served as a director on numerous boards.
Eric D. Hoaglund focuses his practice on general civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, construction defect litigation, mass tort litigation and product liability law. He holds the AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading independent lawyer rating entity. A graduate of Cumberland School of Law and Jacksonville State University, he has been a member of the Alabama Bar since 1995 and was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2004.
LaBella S. McCallum is experienced in medical malpractice defense, liquor liability claims, construction/architect liability, professional liability, products liability and trucking and aviation law. She has an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. A Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, McCallum was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America as 2021 Lawyer of the Year in the field of Professional Malpractice Law -Defendants.
